So if John was out in the snow storm for 6 hours with only a sweeter on he would probably have some sort of frostbite and his body temperature would be lower than 80° degrees. People saying that Karen is guilty need to start using their bloody brain.

John O'Keefe was not hit by a car and a car did not hit John O'Keefe. This medical examiner is not going to lose her license for anyone. She is honest even if it hurts the prosecution.

It's crazy to me that the medical examiner knew all the details of what supposedly happened to John and she put down undetermined. The reason for that you might ask, it is probably because she herself doesn't believe he was hit by a car.

The way the evidence was collected and handled is a disgrace. That alone should be able to find her not guilty. And an investigation should be conducted into the people involved in handling this case including this judge.

I would like to know how, if the man was laying out in the snow and covered in it, freezing cold, strong winds for 6 hours, how his temperature was only in the upper 80's and not much lower. Didn't they take a temperature when they got him in the ambulance?
