My realistic flow:
🏫 4:00 PM – Back from school
🧘‍♀️ 4:15 PM – Power nap / scroll break / chill
☕️ 5:00 PM – Light snack + short walk or freshen up
📚 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM – Deep study session (focus-heavy subjects or school homework)
🧠 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM – Quick break (stretch, music, no screens)
📖 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Lighter tasks: revision, notes, flashcards, active recall
🍽️ 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Dinner + relax time (talk to fam, watch something light)
✍️ 10:00 PM – 10:30 PM – Night study recap: summarize what you learned, plan for tomorrow
📓 10:30 PM – 11:00 PM – Journal, prep bag/clothes for next day, wind down
🛌 11:00 PM – Sleep (you earned it!)
