In this video, the speaker discusses business skills that can help generate millions of dollars in revenue. The first skill he mentions is product innovation, emphasizing that a business must create a product that the marketplace values and desires. He also notes that selling a product allows for disconnected revenue generation from time, unlike selling a service, which is limited by time. The second skill is marketing and sales, which involves understanding the target audience and creating a message that resonates with them. The third skill is financial management, which includes managing cash flow and investing wisely. The fourth skill is leadership and management, which involves building a strong team and delegating tasks effectively. Finally, the speaker emphasizes the importance of taking action on these skills rather than just taking notes. By focusing on these skills, businesses can increase their revenue and achieve success.

“Sell them what they want” = the value/transformation

“Sell them what they need” = your process/systems

Marketing is a mindset. It affects every decision you make, every word you choose, every tool you use.

I’m a real estate investor and entrepreneur. Loved 99% of what he shared. A lot of things I have not heard and read before. By the way, I read a lot. One thing is the story about paying $18,000 at a seminar and selling $18,000 in books the first week. Be aware that It’s possible but not probable especially the first week. He mentions this in a way like it is probable. Just be aware of that before you drop thousands on courses or coaching with anyone. You may be really lucky but the odds are success will take time in anything you do.

1.PRODUCT INNOVATION - Needs to be a. Desirable b. Measurable, must be able to see the difference between before they used your product and after. c. Stable in a sound bite - understandable to a 12 year old. 2. REVENUE GENERATION - Become a better buyer to be a great sales person. a. Promotion, advertising (direct response) "Self Liquidating Offer" and Branding, name that remind you of a story. Then, Fulfillment - deliver on your promise b. Marketing, creating a desire in people to want more of your product and service. Building your email list and customer database. c. Selling, uncovering the value of what you have to offer so well, that people are willing to exchange the money they have for your product or service. Sell what they want and deliver what they need! Turn their pain into their pleasure with your product or service.

You must know you've added value when a person likes your video before it finishes and subscribes to your channel without any persuasion from your side. I did that from this video at just 14 min in and that's just less than half of the video. Good stuff here, I can already see that 👏🏾

Oh! Let me add... even more so when that person was searching for something specific and they happen to land onto your video, they decide to watch even though they've never seen or heard about your content but. After tunning in, they feel like you are a gem 💎

Bravo 👌🏾
