This Show is a timeless classic because of the amazing script writing and what a Gorgeous performance of Hugh Laurie!
4:50 Whoever was writing all these insults from House to Chase deserves a lifetime award.
The tapeworm scene is from an episode in which the patient was unable to feel pain but had learned to fake feeling pain. That's why he says she is faking it.
“If it’s Tuesday I’m wasted.” “It’s Wednesday.” 😂 favorite exchange
9:30 love how one of the doctors takes a picture 😂
I like how Chase just turned around and stopped the drip like, "oooooooooohkay, no more iron for you"
That doctor snapping a pic of the tapeworm was the most real moment in the entire show for me hahaha
Jesse Spencer, who played Dr. Chase, admitted to subconsciously limping along with House when they were walking down the hall in a scene. Once you know it, you can see it here from Wilson, right around 9:30 in this video.
House is addicted to vicodin but we are addicted to House.
The fact that seeing House pull a 20 foot alien out of her intestines is when she stopped screaming gets me every time. XD
I had zero interest in medical things and I hate watching doctor shows, until House. This show made doctor stuff interesting and cool to me. I wonder how many people went into medicine because of this show. The human body really is an incredible thing we take for granted every day.
I've always loved the moment when the lady takes a picture of the tapeworm
9:03 “lake fishing can be fun. It can bring the generations together”. Favorite line ever
You will be floppy, they will be fine 😂😂
I went to med school long before house. I’m always astonished when I actually get one of his dx right. Lots of the stuff he finds you hear about once in one lecture for 5’.
House is the man dude just pop vics and just drops knowledge and clowns everyone in a immature witty banter hes the man
What a well educated and experienced doctor, I hope he doesn’t walk out of my surgery to play the guitar, harmonica, drums and accordion all at once.
the idea of wheeling another sick patient into an occupied OR is HILARIOUS
Fun fact, the disection of a living person is called a vivisection.
