Gestral Beach 5: Climb the wall - Start on the far right-handholds. There is a long break where nothing comes down this column. You can get about 3/4 the way up, do a short bit of dodging, then end in the middle. You shouldnt ever need to go right of middle if you time it right.

If you are having trouble alining the jumps for the first beach, free aim first where you want to land, then run jump. Even if it "looks off". This seemed to help dramatically.
