Thank you Martin, much appreciated from England 🇬🇧 ❤

@michekids

Thank you for this comprehensive account on the trial. Your thoughtful analysis really sets us up for the most important revelations to come.

@Craichel04

To me, their texts reveal a tough time of uncertainty for both John and Karen. Men and women communicate differently and like you said, some take longer to process things before talking them out. I see her text that she’s going to get a drink as her bid to connect…an opportunity to reconnect on a shared experience. Bless their hearts; so sad that everything ended so soon after this… ❤️‍🩹 Love your updates!

@kathrynenns8297

I hope they get a view of the back door/backyard gate proximity for moving a body from the basement to the flagpole..

@bernardlawson665

Talented erudite presenter down to earth.Solid !!

@To_MakingItCount

Thank you kindly for covering this trial Brother Lawyer. What a whirlwind. The HIPPA violates really got me. Looking forward to your future coverage and your rapid fire questioning of the buddy you’ve brought on many times prior!

@TheHolliHolland

Their relationship sounded exhausting.

@Anypronouns76

Not to speak in of a deceased officer that clearly was a stand up guy for his friends and family, but he was incredibly passive aggressive and I feel he was using Karen as a free babysitter and ride so he can get his drink on.

@Fffrreee

So basically John was drinking had a hangover early in the day and started drinking heavily later that day as well

@silvergypsey-E5J

I am very upset because kerry roberts is getting away with perjury

@qianashaw8167

As long as a collision didn't happen, don't care what she drank.

This judge is the worst judge I have ever witnessed in a trial before. I love watching trials, I love learning about the law and have been watching trials for years. I have never witnessed a judge quite like Judge Bev. She doesn't seem to have any control over her courtroom. When the attys object, instead of sustaining or over ruling, she asks the witness the same question herself. That seems so prejudicial to me, and I've never seen a judge do that before. Most of the time, the judge is there to call balls and strikes and make rulings. This judge seems way to invested with the outcome of this trial. Her allowing that clip to be played about what Peggy O'KEEFE said to her had absolutely no basis to be played. I feel she is in this to get Karen convicted no matter what the cost. It's pretty disgusting. FKR

@teresas.4541

This judge is making all the moves to create an easy appeal with her biases. But I believe in the jury seeing through the lies and set her free once and for all.

@debramitchell-fq7hm

I’m suspicious of the way the day ended. I think Brennan wanted the jury to sit on the videos overnight.

@Fffrreee

I hope judge canine either gets reprimanded or sued for her part in this biased trial

@ChrissyBeTalking

Great recap!

Unrelated: I think no one wants to say it because he passed away, but he was messing with her by not picking up. He would’ve been mad if she hadn’t tried to contact him. He wanted her to be there with him during the storm. Unfortunately, this is a normal thing that men and women do in relationships. It would be good to compare these text messages to other messages they had in other fights. They weren’t going to break up.

@idahardy4052

People make Karen sound like she’s a monster.
Like an absolute monster for taking the girl out to get her nails done.
A monster for getting a nice sweater for one of the kids.
A monster for taking them out to eat.
John’s mother hates Karen and always has, right?
And now the kids are more messed up than ever.

@Greg-px7lt

Yannetti was trying to show it was a question vs a statement. That was all he was trying to elicit.

@ladynole35

Thank you so much! Can't wait to see who the guests. 🤞🏼for Andrea.

@Fffrreee

U need to talk about he mention he was still “HUNG OVER “ that’s why he wasn’t talking for all the wasted time texting he could’ve just talked to her on the phone, but he was not doing the right thing. She deserves better.
