In this case wars would stimulate the economy due to the outside money supply, but wars don’t help economies in real life. The apparent affects are usually due to inflation, and backed up demand is actually just shifting demand, meaning other things lose demand and thus money. Wars only lose money because instead of having that money that would have been circulated anyways spent on other things, it is spent on fixing things that wouldn’t have needed to be fixed without the war.
