As I settle in for yet another refresher starting in January, I wanted to tell you that since 1987 I have been doing this. You have a gift for teaching that few people do, better than any instr that I have had. I hope you are teaching at an academy somewhere. Clearly, you have a deep understanding of all material for such a young man. If you are not in a classroom I know an academy near me that would be lucky to have you. All the best.

I passed my NREMT yesterday, the day before I was watching your videos that talked about Becks triad and I had 3 questions about that and pericardial tamponade & I remembered your breakdown of that. About 30 minutes before I found out I passed I bought your video set because I thought I had failed, really, but now I’m gonna use it going through A school!

Hi. Your patient is middle age female. She has difficulty breathing. She is post op 6 weeks open heart surgery. She presents Diaphoretic, skin pale, ruddy and wet. SPO 92% room air, Pulse 120’s, Respirations 28-32. Lung sounds Left clear, Right diminished. She is alert GCS 15. Speaking in broken words “ I can’t breathe, help me. I need air. Your transport time is <5 minutes. What’s your treatment?
