Beverly Cannone brother John Prescott Junior represented Chris Albert in 1994 when he killed 23 year-old Hungarian exchange student, Peter Berg, then fled the scene and avoided a DUI charge by sobering up. Mr. Prescott insured that Chris Albert only served six months in jail for the crimes of motor vehicle homicide by Negligent operation and leaving the scene of an accident in death resulting. Colin Albert’s grandfather Jack Daniels worked in Quincy District courthouse from more than 35 years where Beverly Cannon‘s father John Prescott practiced law. Judge Beverly Cannone has issued several rulings favorable to the Albert family by denying the defense access to Brian Albert cell phone, not forcing the Commonwealth to handover Geo Fence data to confirm: Colin was inside 34 Fairview, ignoring the fact that Julie Albert told police. She knew John was dead in an hour before Karen read found him and she denied that her family had any ties to the Albert family.

Why weren't there any "Infinity SUV" Tire-Tracks on the 34--Fairview Lawn, in Close Proximity to "John's Body", and in Close Proximity to the "Pieces of Taillight" supposedly found on the Lawn ...⁉ .... Karen Read's Infinity-SUV is a Huge--Heavy Vehicle & it would have Definitely Left Obvious Tire Track Compaction Marks on the Lawn ... He didn’t look at the tyre marks because he wasn’t looking for them but he didn’t say that because he was just following the lead of the defence lawyer’s question … he should have answered “I didn’t see those things because I was not looking for them … my attention / focus was not on such things” … perhaps John O’Keege was bending down on the passenger side of the car to pick something up that he had dropped … how does anyone ever get to the whole truth of any matter ?… it is to be hoped that the juries have a good functioning brain to understand all these minute details …
