He’s definitely still alive, he didn’t just say those last lines in the trailer for nothing: “The minds of men are easy to break. You believed mine could be broken too. You were wrong.” If the other lines were used for Chapter 4, I see no reason why they wouldn’t include these in the next chapter. ❤

I get the vibe that Harley Sawyer backed up his Essence on one of the robots in his “office” in the form a near-perfect copy of his mind. That’s my theory.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was still alive that fight was so confusing but if he really did die in the fight I feel that the devs should've made it a bit more clear instead of turning it into that giant puzzle. I also see that Harley is a reference to GLADOS from the Portal games. Both of them were human and worked in the field of Science both would end up being turned into machines against their will and develop an interest in unaliving other beings.

I really want Harley to be alive, he was a very awesome villain. And aside from one flaw this idea that he'll return could actually be true. That flaw is the fact that the Prototype acquired Harley's voice. He only mimics the voices of those who we killed or who he killed personally. Ollie, Mommy and Catnap are on that list of voices among others. At the scene with us, Poppy and Kissy in the ventillation block we can hear the Prototype mimic Harley's voice a couple of times. Based on this established rule we might not see Harley anymore😭

The problem with him coming back is that I don't think he planned a step ahead if anyone managed to destroy his organs. The way he was speaking throughout all of Chapter 4 made him sound very prideful and sure that no one could get to him and that he is needed because of his "superior knowledge". If he has that kind of pride, then he wouldn't have thought that it was possible for someone to kill him. Of course I could be wrong, but the way he was written, I don't think he expected such a thing to happen so he is probably dead.
