That's why you always check your environment before practicing or performing parkour.

@Calimakoo

Broke his spine.😮

@justinbosker7762

I took a fall trying to bring bundles from the roof down the ladder. It was probably about 15 feet high but having the 80 lb bundle of shingles over my shoulder made the situation a little dangerous. Its a hell of a lot harder to carry bundles down a ladder than up a ladder, especially without help and having to throw your leg over the edge and find your footing. Well on this occasion, I swung my leg over and couldnt find the ladder for a brief second and thats all it took. I had to catch my self and the ladder swayed right and left until it gave way. I knew I was going down so I quickly decided to push the bundle away in mid-air and fell flat on my back onto the wood porch below. Luckily the bundle landed a few feet from my head and distributed the brunt of the fall across a large part of my body. I jumped up and continued working because I was young and stupid and didn't want the boss to know I fell. Speaking of that, looking back, I wouldnt of been in that position if the boss wasnt such a dirtbag. He was rushing me to get the extra bundles off the roof and into his trailer before the homeowner got home. The reason for this being, he wanted to return the extra bundles that the homeowner actually payed for then keep the cash to himself. So he ripped off the customer and put me in a dangerous situation and didnt compensate me at all!

He hit his spine right on the fence, and he was paralysed for the rest of his life, a warning that any extreme sport should be prepared and the scene thoroughly checked, otherwise death is certain.
