I just watched this movie today and it was majestic!! I cried so many times during the film, and the audience in my theatre watched with such bated breath that there were complete pin drop silences during pinnacle moments in the film--that's how invested we all were. Akshay Kumar was amazing in his role as Sankaran Nair! His dialogue delivery, body language, and aura were carried forward just so well--I really think this is one of his standout performances in his film career! Everyone else also acted really well. The direction, cinematography, and music were also done beautifully! The whole movie from start to finish was a masterpiece in my opinion and I'm really glad I watched it and learned about this tragedy in our history, and about the man who took a stand against it. So thank you to the cast and crew for creating this film, but most of all, thank you to the real Sankaran Nair for fighting against injustice.

Just Watched it. Throughout the time I was feeling ownership on sadness and anger for the genocide. I am from Pakistan and I do own that pain because we were one nation at that time. Whatever happened it happened to my people to my country……that’s why when at the end Akshay Kumar says that now we will roar…..I felt it…..thanks Akshay sir and makers to make me , a pakistani, aware and realise what my elders gone through…..Must watch movie for all of us!

The intensity, the sacrifice, the sheer will of the characters didn’t let me breathe easy and honestly, it shouldn’t have. When I got home and heard about the latest terror attacks in Kashmir, my blood was boiling. Are we truly independent? The answer didn’t feel like a yes. If we’re alive today, it’s only because of the unimaginable sacrifices made by those who were slaughtered like animals—without mercy, without justice. Even today, if you visit Jallianwala Bagh you see blood stains on the walls. You can almost hear the cries of babies—2 to 4 months old. It shakes you to your core just to imagine it… and they lived it. And in the middle of all that darkness, one voice rose. One spark lit up. A 12-year-old boy named Pargat Singh. He opened the eyes of Sankaran Nair. He uncovered the truth of Jallianwala Bagh. And he became a martyr in the process. More than Sankaran Nair or Dilreet Gill, I want to salute Pargat Singh. Because if it wasn’t for him, we might never have known the real truth behind Jallianwala Bagh. We would’ve continued living in the shadows of the lie that bastard Dyer created. Kesari 2 doesn’t just tell a story it hits us in the chest. It shakes ours beliefs. It reminds us that our freedom came at a price paid in blood, and that price is still being paid in different ways even today. It’s not just worth watching—it’s necessary. This isn’t just a film.
