MRI showed I had 3 labral tears in my hip, one lesion and could barely walk. They tried to convince me that therapy would work on my 60y old OA body. Worse pain every time. Turned to this avenue at the end of October when I could barely walk for 5 mins. I found out rest and increased protein intake with minimal exercise was my best chance of recovery as the lesion didn’t have its own blood supply. Now I can even run without pain, I will not run often though 😂. I can go up and down my 10 front steps easily because somehow my knees also benefited.

I have both dislocated. Firts on gymnastics 31 years ago (Have 37) and when I was 16 yo. I love excersice nad still do weights and others but.cannot lift more than 39 kg now cause they still geting dislocsted. I dont wana.go to surgery room yet
