this is like a compost tea! i have an extra bucket outside where i chuck all my plant trimmings. originally it was just overflow that i couldn’t fit into my compost tumblr, but after a few months of rain and snow, it is quite a stinky brew indeed lol. i dumped the water onto my wildflower bed and hopefully it’ll give them a little kick start! i certainly wouldn’t bring it indoors though, it’s way too stinky for that 😂

@Alessio_ok

You're basically just preparing a cannibal tea for your plants

@rogueshadow_3268

Gave this a try, evidently either my bottle or cuttings weren’t clean enough since I just got scared shitless by the bottle randomly popping from some form of fermentation. Glad I used a corked bottle so that shot out instead of bursting the glass

@katherine9026

Will certainly try your plant juice. I laughed when you said make sure you have something under the strainer to catch the liquid, as I instantly remembered when as a young wife and had spent all day making homemade chicken soup only to strain it into the sink and down the drain. I was wishing for an ‘undo’ button for sure. Nice to know I’m doing the same thing here in small town NJ, USA as someone so far away.

@nnagle9224

I never thought of this for indoor plants. Thanks for the inspiration.

@NinaPellerine

I just love how you use cute little sayings and how you explain things in great detail. You're amazing

@SeenD

The kitchen sieve comment is important! Was making gravy once, with pieces of chicken and roasted veggies, it was done, so I drained it with a sieve right in the kitchen sink....

@BeckyW-c9r

This was inspiring and not just the same old thing, and well put together Thanks!

@bradg4562

Congrats on the new digs. It looks beautiful.

@lindapawlowski7720

Cannot wait to try this!

@PinkUrbanOasis

Interesting idea. Never heard of it before.

@mn4169

I have done this in the garden. But now, I will do this in the house. What a great and cheap idea.

Thank you🍀☘🍁🌵

@pimpozza

Love this tip! 👍 Love your Harry Potter cupboard too.. 🤗

@cristinapecorilla6436

Wow that's just lovely ❤ I wonder if I could do something similar with remainings of vegetables or fruits peel too 🤔

@albaniacollado9649

Hello like always love your videos and definitely will make this one .I always do everything you recommend.sending you and your family lots of blessings and positive vibes 🙏💕

@gamerperson9545

I take all these cut leaves etc and keep in a big planter and add a layer when preparing a pot. GRT way to replenish old soil as this also acts as a slow release fertilizer

@AdelineDurie

This is genius!! I am definitely going to do this.

@pamp3445

You are the Plant Whisperer! I love you and your videos!

@FrancneQuan
