Plot twist . . . She saw a giant spider crawl into the pile. So she literally can't pick it up.😁 But, great advice regardless.
I appreciate this ad. You really brought your general sense of helpfulness to this video. Good job! And you got this!
She picked the right day to upload it. Mine too.
That’s not habit stacking unless listening to an audiobook at a certain time is a habit. Habit stacking is attaching a new habit with an already established habit to make the new one habitual as well.
Erin, In this video, you demonstrate pairing a "want to do" habit with a "need to do" habit, which is a nice example of temptation bundling. Habit stacking is a bit different. Habit stacking means pairing two or more habits together in sequential order. Habit stacking can be particularly helpful when working to develop a new habit, as pairing with a previously established habit makes it easier to engage in the new habit. An example of habit stacking would be doing your daily duolingo lesson after taking your vitamins. Notice how these are both things you intended to do separately anyway, but are now put one after another or "stacked." Hope that helps! And you got this!
I stop folding it. I have baskets 😂❤ So much easier
I’m a multitasker so what I do is I feel like five pieces of laundry and then I draw like one section of my art like if it’s the line art or coloring one section and then I fold five pieces of laundry and then I just repeat
The people like me who just grab it when it needs to be cleaned and throw it in the washer👍
I’m tricking myself by dumping it on my bed so I’ll have to fold it if I want to go to sleep. And I’ve gotten better at sorting it into piles of related clothes beforehand which helps. But it’s still not my favorite activity.
