A unique resource that did incredible things, but ruins everything when it starts to rot and someone wants to use it to become a god. Ark: Why does that sound familiar?
I've enjoyed Once Human so far, I personally would enjoy a thorough lore deep dive from a great storyteller.
I got the cinematic of Mary taking out the helicopter before she betrayed me, and ever since then I gave her some major side eye until she up and betrayed me. My biggest question was definitely why she was not flying around ripping everyone apart still, and why she wanted me to help do stuff for her when I knew she was op already.
What lore I get from playing. Ravenous hunter is a group of festering gel fused together with a bunch of people using Gatling, sniper and RPG. Treant is a pregnant girl exiled from her community because her husband was a raider from vulture gang. Arachniam, Arachnician or something I don't remember its names. It was a vulture captured by Rosetta? Idk... Shadow Hound was a dog of.... Tall Grass inn leader. He was a former vulture gang? Idk.. but he seems to really like his doggo. Forgotten Giant was Co-founder of Blackfell community who lost his life during his raid on Rosetta Lab and got transformed by... A Manibus? The flower zombie looks very similar to a flower on Manibus arms. The deviation we got kinda reflected the boss too. Festering gel is obviously part of the Ravenous hunter. Hardseed is well... Heart of the girl who was transformed into the Treant. Dream Catcher is Arachniciam's tool to catch people Shadow Hound is.... Well... Mini Shadow hound. And Nutcracker is a reminder of the guy who became the monster that he used to be a soldier.
Glad to see you're still at it Ned. I started playing this a few weeks ago, very fun even though the devs borrowed from every popular game that exist today. Thanks for the lore bro.
ngl 10:32 the "i really wanna stay at your house" ost make me cry
yknow the first thing i said when Mary betrayed me? " I can fix her."
I will also say the DEVs did a great job with this game, the boss fights, the cut scenes, the character builds are probably my favourite aspect of it. The building is great and easy to do and various quality of life aspects too like being able to buy a skin pack for your house and then build using those skins on a friends base was very generous, its unusual for a game to let you share stuff the way you can in this game. Even the vending machine idea is good. For a free game this was a great game to play.
once human title intro is fire, i fucking love it so much idk why, everytime i log in i would wait till all the slideshow animations cycle just to listen to the banger title music
This video is my first impression of you and I almost immediately subscribed after laughing my ass off in certain parts (especially the pastor thing) š¤£
2:03 i know, the video isnāt even 5 minutes in, but does this mean, that somewhere there are Deviations made from adult entertainment toys?! I mean if all that is required is the strong bond and some star dust, then there should be a concerning amount of living body pillows and glasses of bath tub water around⦠Edit: omg, literally 20 seconds later and it gets worseš
SCP Fans: First Time?
Great job on the video. Very good and interesting, you gave a solid history of the game and the story line detailing is exactly what everyone was wondering about the game. Thankfully we appreciate all your work. Continuing to do this is an exceptionally great job. Can't wait for the next game videos storytime.
I'm over 600 hours in playing Once Human, and still can't staaaaapppph, enjoying it that much.
I actually needed this video because Iāve put in so much hours into this game but still wasnāt clear on the story or didnāt care enough to learn it in game š Edited: great video btw
Great video! It actually answered a couple of questioned I had as well as lore that I missed because of the game being buggy at one part
I thought the game would be something like The Secret World, where secret organization vs Lovecraftian horror, but ingame, it's mostly just a zombie, survival, Far Cry/Division like farmer shooter. There aren't much Lovecraftian theme other than the few set pieces in dungeons. Hopefully the season finale will change that.
thanks since I completely skipped every cut scene but beat every boss solo + silos (besides LEA Lab cause Hard AF) I appreciate someone telling the story with cool witty remarks and comments in between lol. thx for story rundown.
For Klein, that ādogā he is talking about is Orion, the same hunting dog he used to try and find his mom when he was a kid. Seems like Orion was infected already back then and he had been helping it the whole time.
