With vampire class, every build Is Easy. Except the Prescott's fortress.

Laboratory is easiest one, activate revival system, bring a lightning rod and put it near you at all times, wait out the lightning storm using the lightning rod to take 0 dmg, ride a horse back, aggro and round up all the zombies, use 1 or two molotovs to kill all the grouped up zombies (or u can use one holy water). Village is pretty much same as laboratory but way faster, round up all the zombies on horseback and kill them with mollies. Castle is hardest, the werewolves and vamps spawn in waves so its kinda easier, but the vamps that teleport to your back combined with the tanky & fast werewolves are a deadly combo. Barrack is just shooting simulator, then once u killed the captain get on cannons and blow up the calvary with cannons. As long as you have a rifle and shotgun with plenty of ammo, or horse and mollies, all along with a functional brain with a strat, you can clear each one of these structures easy, even solo. I cleared all of them solo.
