I want to get the data of the users that are interacting with my bot like their name, phone and email. I am asking them in the bot workflow and they are getting stored in variables and data sheet as well but how do I get that data on my database server ??

Can the user upload a file in a chat? Let's say a photo or document, for further storing it somewhere in S3? I want to connect the bot to Telegram but can't see how to upload files.

Cant create user using chat api, getting error "createUser\" operation can only be called when using the shared encryption key. Can you tell how to solve this, not sure what is shared encryption key
