@dawntreader2420

Thank you for this one. I've been a stay-at- home Mom for 10 years. We need the extra money so I've been trying to figure out the best way to present that interviews.

@bloodberrybellamy

I literally, LITERALLY needed this. Had to leave my last job bc burnout plus previous generalized anxiety. Had to work on that, and now I want to apply for my dream job.

@rashi2980

I really needed this. Haven't been working for almost 1.5 years due to anxiety and depression, now i need to get back in the workforce..

@mx.brightside

I just wanna say that I love and appreciate your content so much. As an autistic person, it can be really difficult navigating the corporate world and your videos have helped me to better understand how to respond professionally during tricky situations while remaining assertive. Thank you so much for making such a positive impact on my life ❤️

@eikosato5297

Really need this! Thank you! I had a total burnout from overworking in a toxic environment. My mental and physical health were destroyed. I couldn’t work for 2 years. Now I’m trying to restart!

@GlowingAprilSky

The 'I was having the time of my life traveling' is missing 🤣

@Frosty2014

Dealing with health challenges but if I’m ever able to return to working these will be incredibly helpful! God bless Erin!!!

@zozozzzoya

This is so needed and helpful. I’m scared shitless to re-enter workforce after a 2 year gap.

@GinaMarce-gv3pe

Thank you so much! I took care of my kids for a while and it's been a whole issue to talk about that in job interviews

@_.hala0923._

Me watching the full video knowing damn well i’m still in middle school:

@kamiw5864

I appreciate you so much. Your confidence, grace and assurance really come through the screen. Often times when I need it most. I needed to hear this particular piece of advice. Thank you Erin.

@ZacandDora

Fabulous covers all bases well done Erin 🎉💫🙌

@Talidataluda

What about gap between graduation and first job?

@truettrusler1485

YOU GOT THIS.

@alexanderchronos8694

That's very useful. Thanks

@kwalts88

Recently when answering a question where my answer was “I am stepping away from my current role for personal reasons, and this potential WFH hybrid role is far more tailored to my situation moving forwards” the person on the phone proceeded to ask “so what ARE those “personal reasons”…”. I decided to decline the interview.

@ResidentialYenta

Can you make a video abt what to do if youre new at work and trying to get accurate information while being trained but everyone has different answers/contradictions, there's no clarity, and nobody really seems to care?? Pretty please?

@Themischievousmuffin

You shouldn’t even answer. Just say “personal” and if they don’t drop it you don’t wanna be working there

@pd3104

I think the last one's enough

@ChrisViljoenAwesome

Hi Erin! Thanks for your advice! I was unfairly dismissed after reporting my manager for making discriminating comments at work... Family business... How do I answer the question to new employers when they ask why I left the previous company, or why am I looking for new employment?
