@CoachChadCarson

Antoinette is awesome! She was one of the featured Small and Mighty success stories in my book the Small and Mighty Real Estate Investor. Congrats Antoinette!

@Constellasian

I have a friend who did something very similar to what she did. He has 5 properties, but they cash flow well. He told me too many "doors" can lead to more of a headache by becoming a second job.

@derwinmitchell9947

A salary is what they give you to forget about your dreams. Its great that she never forgot

@Dontgo5

I love the host because he always asks the best questions. He asks the exact questions that are on my mind. He makes the podcast great. Thank you for Antoinette for sharing your journey. so helpful

@gretaandrews112

Love listening to her talk. So much confidence. So much get it done attitude.

@LifeAD3.0

Very inspiring! Antoinette is the type of person anybody would want to do business with. She is so authentic and true to herself.
I currently have 2 rentals and looking to purchase my third. I never wanted the extra work of running airbnbs, but i've had great success with midterm rentals. (30 days-6 mos).
Since i'm single and retired, I think I'll house hack my next property. I want to dispel the idea that all Baby Boomers are downsizing. At 63, with a $100,000+ retirement income, there's no reason I can't do well as a real estate investor like the young folks!

@floralovoji6091

ThIS success stories you share IS really an open eyes to real estate.

@KeepTheChange41

Seen her in a few interviews now, absolutely killing it.

@BizBehaviorBluePrint

Love licensed group homes. Wish more people would get into it on the real estate side of things. It’s a win win for the owner of real estate and for the operator of the group home

@JoseRomero-ie3sv

More power to her, great story 👏

@professorh7024

I'm 10 minutes in. I loving this video! This is for me ☺️

@martinyeager7948

What a nice personality and story. Serehdipity met education and drive. Best wishes going forward.

@Harris316

Wow, running an assisted living facility is no joke, especially without healthcare experience. Very inspiring!

@missuniverse8931

I have 3 and trying to buy the 4th and get out of corporate. This story is inspiring. I also need to be able to get 2 of the 3 that I have cash flowing a good amount.

@Rogeraherr

The issue is that either the renter or the owner must in some way pay insurance and property taxes if they want a "permanent roof" with utilities like electricity, gas and water. Because of this, many people—at least in California, where I currently reside—are living in tents. No taxes, rent, mortgages, or insurance. The number of people who tell me they live in their car that I meet amazes me. Its crazy out here!

@floydkhumalo2674

Awesome story!

@whoknew5940

Wow! What a story. Inspiring.

@jhill6033

There is no such thing as luck, luck is when preparation meets opportunity.

@rerun3283

I only need to own 4 million in property to be financially successful?! Why didn't anyone tell me?

@vincentwilliam8121

This is how u leverage what u have! 👌
