Predicted this a long time ago. You saw it since the beginning. The models get cheaper and faster, and the competition between the giants just drives prices down and efficiency up. It makes no sense to dump obscene cash into OpenAI, they're just going to become a utility and their margins will get slimmer and slimmer. The value has always been on the verticals: the actual applications generating value i.e. the GPT 'wrappers'.
