19:17 the animation is sooooo adorable 😭🫶🏻🫶🏻

@NotzMayy

You can actually access the references window much easily. It's on top left corner aside the dotted square!

@wandahoi_143

HELP THE VOCALOID BROWNIE POINTS😭😭
But also your art is so good!! 🫶🫶

@mermaidparfait

3:34 actually, custom brushes on ibis paint x are free! you just import a qr code to the app :3

@JeiFaiJC

I remember when I was fairly new to digital art, my art style was all over the place because I could never decide my own and just tried to replicate other people's art style. You're one of my favorite artists on the platform and you give me motivation to continue or start a new piece every time! 💗💗💗

@Liliuum_Lunae

Already from the teasers i was suspecting sakura miku, i gasped when i saw her in the intro, i got so happy!! Shes my favourite miku version

@asterrix

2:25 you can also turn on the reference window by pressing the switches icon thing at the top right corner. it’s much easier :)

@itsbitterx

i struggle with motivation to draw; watched multiple tutorials, speedpaints, motivational tips, tried to draw everyday, etc. yet i could never continue to push myself to keep drawing. BUT your videos became a giant inspiration to me to the point i wanted to get better. worked my butt off to figure out anatomy, clothing perspective, faces, hair, just because i loved seeing your art and realised that you push me to want to do better. hopefully i can make an oc soon for you to draw!

@so-meichi

I absolutely ADORE that you've started doing short animations in your videos! And your final reveals are also so original compared to the majority of artists on youtube!!❤❤

@potassiumind

I LOVE THE VOCALOIDS/UTAULOIDS ON THE BROWNIES AAAA

@PrincessMuk

Brush recommendations...
* Watercolor Opaque 2 - Great for base colors and lineart!! Soft and layerable, and works well with the magic wand and bucket tools in my experience.
* Fade Watercolor (Mix) - Love this brush for renderingggggg, also great for lineart. Very similar to the previous brush, but a bit denser.
* Blurring Brush - Also nice for rendering, personally I wouldn't use it for lineart because of the fade at the end of the line, but I'd definitely use it for sketching!
* Dip Pen (Soft) - Great for softer lineart that's also blendable. Not layerable, though.
* Dip Pen (Hard) - My personal favorite for clean, precise, smooth lineart. Not sure if it would work as well for your personal style, but it's also my go-to for hard edges or things I want to make pop! (e.g. eye shines, foreground objects, etc.)
Lastly I'd just encourage you to play around with the settings on the brushes! If something is exactly what you want with just one or two flaws, 9 times out of 10 it's something you could fix by changing the settings. I hope you find a brush you love!!!

19:43 HANA AND THE ANIMATIONS 💕🗣️✨✨✨💖💖💖💖

@hiimapotato123

It’s so cool to learn new things about Ibis Paint X! I never knew that you could use the special tool to erase lines on different layers! I’ll definitely keep it in mind for the future!
ALSO THE ANIMATION OH MY GOODNESS

@Egg_thing

The fact that you make such gorgeous pieces while consciously keeping your videos and tools accessible is so cool and genuinely makes me want to pick up my tablet again after months of art block

@smalldewdrops

i recently downloaded ibis paint x after many years of not drawing. seeing you as one of my fave artists get into the program and create beautiful works on it bring me so much joy! :"D thank you for your video! i enjoy seeing your journey on ibis, and i hope to follow along as i relearn art! ❤

@MsMoonflake

Give the reference window another brownie point because you can actually eyedrop colors from it

@RioScotton-gk5kn

i know this is late, i was watching you on my tv and really wanted to tell you something.
to make filling colors easier, you can go into “special” and select the “lasso fill”! its very easy and you can continue to use the lineart brush of your liking.

@Your_local_Salesman

2:23 actually I have a tip, there's actually a easier way to summon the reference window. It can be found in the top right corner, it's the first option of the 5 button and has a 2 switch icon. There ya go!

@fal4thought

I LOVEEEE how clean the shapes are in your lineart, all the effort you’ve been doing to improve your art shows 🤗💞

@crystal-486

Hanacue is as talented as always 🫶 A true art goddess ✨️
