1. Open registry editor (window key + R) type regedit
2. go to hkey local machine
3. go to system
4. go to current control set
5. go to control
6. go to print
right click and use dword 32 bit value
RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled
7. go to to binary
8. chekc value to zero (o)
9. now go to servecies
10. search printspoller
11. right click on it and resetart it
