It’s fun to try out Neapolitan Style Pizzas using different types of flours. This time I used all purpose flour. “00” flour will give you a light texture. This all purpose flour pizzas had more chew. It’s fun to experiment with different styles and you can’t go wrong when you see nice char on your crust.
