I get questions about how I make the though, so I decided to post this video.
Dough making process is not that difficult. You can use your hand or any mixer like a KitchenAide. I use a mixer called "Home Bakery" from Panasonic. I bought this is Japan but you can purchase one from Amazon as well

The pizza oven that I used is Ooni Koda 16
