🚗 1. Book the SMALLEST possible car from @discovercars_com . It will make your life driving, parking and navigating the centro of town so much easier.

🚨 IMPORTANT TIP: Spain requires an international drivers license. So, make sure to stop by AAA to get this before arriving! You don't need it to pick up the car, but if you get stopped by the police it will be the first thing they ask for.

🎫 2. Book experiences early, at least 2 weeks up to 1 month in advance. This is especially true for the Alhambra, which sells out months in advance during busy season. The Hammam in Granada, the Mesquita in Cordoba, and the Caminito del Rey outside of Malaga are also top attractions that sell out weeks in advance.

💳 3. Don't bring a lot of euros. You can always take more out of the ATM if you run out, but I barely used 50 euro my entire 17 days there.

🚨 HELPFUL TIP: When ever you're paying with card, always accept "the Euro rate" and not the USD exchange rate. This allows your card to decide the exchange rate which 99.9% of the time is a much better rate than the terminal will charge you.
