Why is “why should we hire you” literally so impossible to answer sometimes 😅😅😅

✅ Hard Skills: talk about your technical background & capabilities. Any certifications? Softwares you know how to use? Policies and procedures you’re familiar with? List them here!

✅ Soft Skills: talk about your professionalism, character, people skills 💅🏻 pro tip: use keywords from the job description! They want someone who’s a team player? Collaborative? Has a sense of humor? Detail oriented? Make sure to callout those specifically!

✅ Unique Offering: this is the cherry on top! What is something extra YOU bring to the table that other candidates don’t? Are you bilingual? Do you have a personal link to the industry? Did you work for a competitor in the past? Do you have a coveted degree/certification? Figure out what makes you unique!

🧠 Remember: first interviews/phone screenings are about checking boxes. So use keywords from the job description, ask great questions & make sure your body language communicates your professional enthusiasm!
