-Chicken mince (breast) 370g
-Lean pork mince 230g
-Green onion 50g
-Ramen noodle 130g x 2
-Nori sheet (Optional)

(Broth)
-Water 900ml
-Salt 1/3tsp (1.8g)
-Kombu 6g (Or MSG 3g)
-Sake 1tbsp (15ml)
-Mirin 1tbsp (15ml)
-Soy sauce 80ml
-Garlic 1/2tsp (4g)
-Ginger 1/2tsp (4g)

✨Extra tip
You'll probably have some leftover mince, but don't throw it!!
It's yummy by itself, or add some soy sauce and Japanese mayo to it. Great for eating with rice or rice ball👍
