WASHINGTON—U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), Ranking Member of the U.S. Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security, on Thursday held a subcommittee hearing with U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem on President Trump’s Fiscal Year 2026 budget request for the Department of Homeland Security.
