Here is the evolution of Windows tada sounds from Windows 3.1 to 11

Please note:
1. Windows 3.1 used Tada sound as startup sound and Windows 95 used Tada.wav as shutdown sound.
2. The Windows 98 beta has a different tada sound from the RTM one.
3. Since Windows 98 , the tada sound is still remained in the Windows Media folder but unused (The tada sound got a slightly changed in Windows 98 and Windows Vista and it still used the same tada sound in the current version of Windows )
