On May 17, 2025, the Mexican Navy’s tall ship ARM Cuauhtémoc collided with the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City 🇺🇸 due to a technical failure. The ship lost power and drifted into the bridge, snapping its masts. Sadly, 2 crew members died and 19 others were injured. The iconic Brooklyn Bridge suffered no major structural damage.
