How to download and install wamp server step by step Web Development Series in 2020
Go to the official website www.wampserver.com/en/
and download the WampServer configuration. There are two versions of WampServer available, that is, 64 bits (x64) and 32 bits (x86), choose according to your computer configuration


As soon as you click on the download option, a pop-up window will appear showing some warnings. Just don't worry about these warnings, just click on the "download directly" link as shown below and continue with the download process.

Step 2: start the WAMP server installation process
Shortly after clicking on the downloaded file, you will be asked to choose your preferred language and click on the "Accept" button. How I choose English here.

The next screen you will see is about the license agreement. Click on the radio button "I accept the agreement" and then on the "Next" button to continue
The following screen will inform you about the necessary components that must be present in your computer system for the proper functioning of the WampServer. Step 3: Select the location / destination to install WAMP
You must select the location to install WAMP on your computer. However, you can accept the default location and move on. To continue with the installation, press the "Next" button.

Step 4: Select the Start menu folder to install WAMP
Now, you must select the folder where you want to create the program shortcut. You can select any folder of your choice or you can continue with the default option. You can easily access this folder from the Windows start button. Choose the folder and click "Next" to continue.

Step 5: Ready to install WAMP
Finally, you will see a wizard ready to install with a configuration ready to begin the installation. Simply press the "Install" button to begin the installation procedure.
Now, be patient as WampServer is extracting files to the selected location. Let the process complete.
Once the status bar turns completely green, an information screen like the one shown below will appear. Click Next to continue.

The installation is almost complete now, just click "Finish" to exit the configuration.
