Last week, I walked you through my brand-new flywheel. It was all about content, so this week, I’m going to explain where I get the ideas for the content I create and how I create it.

Before the flywheel, I would record a podcast on whatever I wanted. I did the same for my newsletter too. There was no reason I was covering a certain topic at a certain time. It was just whatever I felt like talking about.

I will still choose my podcast episodes based on that, but I will be more organized and well-thought-out now because I’ve created a system.
