What will you learn through consistent practice with “The Joy Sessions?”
1. You will learn more mastery of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors instead of them controlling you. You’ll learn how to create new patterns through your thoughts and feelings that lead to new behaviors connecting you with joy, abundance and wellness and a more harmonious life.
2. You will learn the language of joy, abundance and wellness through the power of your words. Our words are so powerful! What kind of picture are you painting with your words?
3. You will learn to connect with the healing power of your magnificent brain and the wisdom of your beautiful heart, calm your nervous system and feel more at home in your body, enjoying more of your life in the magical place called “The Flow.”
4. You will learn how to feed your beautiful body foods that nourish your mind and your soul as well. “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” - Hippocrates
In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m offering Tuesdays Taste Tests that are 30 minutes of discovery, free of charge, to check in on compatibility, and how “The Joy Sessions” are resonating with you.
