It is now possible for the first time ever to trade Pokémon from a phone to legitimate Nintendo hardware and Pokémon software with absolutely no modding, no jailbreaking, no third party tools and no other external help required.

This video will show you how to transfer Pokémon caught in the Generation 3, Generation 4 and Generation 5 games from Delta emulator on an iPhone to an actual Nintendo 3DS console, and subsequently to Pokémon Home on the Nintendo Switch!

I also briefly mentioned MelonDS but failed to touch on the fact Delta relies on MelonDS’s cores to actually run Nintendo DS games, so credit also goes to all the MelonDS devs that help make this possible.

One thing to note is turning off a VPN, especially if trying to use the Wiimmfi server. This includes TURNING OFF PRIVATE RELAY in Settings, (your name), iCloud, Private Relay. I filmed this video using a spare iPhone 12 that had this turned off and I never ran into issues because how could I have known. Playing around with Wiimmfi on my main 15 Pro Max after posting this video however, I found Wiimmfi impossible to connect to (Error Code: 23917). Turning off Private Relay fixed this issue for me.

When I filmed this video I only ever tested Phone to 3DS. Not phone to phone. I've since played around with phone to phone and these are the servers that work for me:

Servers For Trading:

Gen 4: Phone to 3DS = WiilLink Server 5.161.56.11
Gen 4: Phone to Phone = WiilLink Server 5.161.56.11
Gen 5: Phone to 3DS = Wiimmfi Server 167.235.229.36
Gen 5: Phone to Phone = Wiimmfi Server 167.235.229.36 - I do have occasional issues trying to get Gen 5 to work between phone to phone (Error Code: 86420). I see both players in the online room but get timed out after interacting. Both of these phones ARE able to connect to my 3DS however so it's definitely something going on between the two or something to do with my network.

Server For Mystery Gift:

For both Gen 4 and Gen 5, use Wiimmfi Server 167.235.229.36

Based off the comments from Android users, it is in fact possible to go online with MelonDS. This means iPhone and Android phones can go online with each other and trade, etc.

Several people have suggested hotspotting to a phone for Gen 4 online connectivity, rather than risking making a home WiFi network open. Open hotspots can only be done on Android and not on iPhone. Alternatively, you could create a Guest Network on your home Wifi.
