This dish was such an honor to prepare and cook, especially over open flames outdoors. Ive manage to get all the ingredients from local producers except for the Moose. This Moose Calf was harvested from the beautiful forests of Dalarna in Sweden. Henceforth, this dish shall be called "The Scan Pan".
