When it comes to reaching 15% body fat or below the process itself is fairly simple. Calories in, calories out. You stay in a calorie deficit, get enough protein, do some resistance training, sleep well and you will get lean. However, even the simplest things in life can be very difficult to do consistently over long periods of time. This is why despite knowing all these things, most people struggle to get to a low body fat percentage. And whether your goal is 15% body fat or 12% body fat (maybe even 10% body fat), it’s essential that you focus on mastering consistency and embracing the process over the long term.
