Is this the BEST pho in San Jose?

My friend brought me to the most popular spot in town, Pho Ha Noi in Vietnam Town, serving Northern Style pho! We were lucky to come when there was no wait, and they had plenty of outdoor seating!

Starting with their Special Combination Beef Pho, the signature is hand-pounded flap meat. Their house-made hot sauce adds an extra kick, a bit tangier than sriracha. We also ordered their fried chicken wing with fish sauce. And my favorite was definitely their spring rolls with pork and shrimp; I swapped the peanut sauce for their dipping fish sauce since I love fish sauce too much!

All I can say is, I wish I lived closer to get my fix!
