Chinese flavor...2 2/3 tsp
Water...400cc
Chinese chives...100g
Potato starch...4 tsp
Sake...2 tablespoons
Rice...400g
Ray oil...appropriate amount

[Chinese chive and egg soup]
Chinese chives...100g
Egg...1
Water...550cc
Chinese seasoning...2.5 teaspoons
Powdered pepper...3 shakes
Soy sauce...half a tablespoon
Potato starch...half a tablespoon
Water...1 tablespoon
Sesame oil...appropriate amount

(Serves two)
4 teaspoons of sesame oil, 200g minced pork, grated garlic 10g of rice, 10g of grated ginger, 2 tsp of chili bean paste, 2 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of oyster sauce, 2 tsp of sugar, 2 2/3 tsp of Chinese seasoning, boil 400cc of water, add 100g of chives and boil, thicken with 4 tsp of potato starch and 2 tbsp of sake, pour chili oil over 400g of rice
