I built this AI Based effects filter in Python using HuggingFace Public Diffusion Pipeline Model. These Models also allow you to AI upscale. This means with my script, I can also AI upscale an entire video locally using the GPU. This was created to help learn to use and get familiar with using TensorFlow for models. TensorFlow allows performing calculations directly on the GPU for faster performance. HuggingFace is a good starting point for a wide variety of models with Transformers:
