SpE was briefly noticed along OIRT’s Ukraine and Russia with a hint from FM around Germany, Italy, France, Poland and Spain. Radio Dimensione Suono was coming in between which it did not even reach RDS levels on the XHDATA D-808. It is broadcasting from Spain’s Madrid FM Transmitter that houses around 100 kW in transmission power that is approximately 1,665 kilometres away towards Madrid. 73 😊
