Losing body fat and reaching 12% body fat or 15% body fat is both a physical and a psychological challenge. And unfortunately, most people completely ignore the psychology of fat loss, which becomes one of the main reasons why they’re not seeing results. Just knowing that you need to get into a calorie deficit, eat more protein, and do some resistance training isn't enough to get lean. The information alone is important but so is applying that information consistently.
And in this video, I’m going to share with your 3 fat loss lies most people tell themselves, which prevent them from getting under 20% body fat and getting lean. These are mistakes that I see very often with the average gym goer, and if you correct them, you will see a big difference on your fitness journey.
