I have been trying to follow a 7-8-9 study routine, which essentially means allocating 9 hours for study, 8 hours for sleep, and 7 hours for socializing. I've reversed it for my convenience. I'm sleeping for 9 hours, especially during winter when people are getting sick due to the dry cold weather every other day. I dedicate 7 hours to studying and 8 hours to domestic work for my own well-being. I wouldn't say it's a challenge, but I am keeping track of the days. It's the 4th day since I started studying like this. After 30 days, I will look back and definitely be able to see some progress
