I was asked to show an artist friend what I consider my first 10-15 marks on a drawing and the last 10-15 marks or paint strokes. This is a simplification but a guild to start your process.

this is not a hard and fast rule of drawing and as you progress, you will find you have an unspoken process.

the most important thing you should remember is to keep trying, don't give up on yourself. its a journey.
