I hope this isn't to cryptic. You just need to start!

I know that I can play what if's, plan every move I make, try and figure out every pitfall, make everything perfect, and never start because it is too overwhelming.

So my suggestion is... WHO CARES! JUST START! Learning as you go will teach you so much more than trying to do everything preemptively. Have a plan, an outline, but just start, and don't worry about being perfect.
