Setting up a fresh Python Development Environment with the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) on a fresh Windows 11 machine. Our eventual goal is to build and deploy full stack Flask applications, but this same setup is also what I use for general Python development, and the foundation of my workflows for data science and machine learning applications.
