Why the new LCSO update in ERLC makes no sense

So, with ERLC updating for Easter, they decided to change the LCSO parking lot as you can tell. It takes up more room than it did before, it doesn't look good, and there's no use in trying to fence the area off when there's ways you can get past it. You can also go through the armory door from the station to get to the parking lot...
