So not the leaving generation

This channel has random posts... or none at all.. This video happens to be my thoughts and reasoning for quitting a job. A blog post if you will.

I was called the leaving generation after the events that are described in this video. I wanted to get my side of the story out there, give a warning to poor management staff, and encourage those contemplating leaving a toxic work environment.
