[Generic Ippudo]

Marutai Ramen...70g

Water...340cc

Garlic...10g

Onion...10g

Pork belly...30g

Kikurage...3g

Chinese seasoning...1.5 tsp

Chicken stock...1/3 tsp

Gelatin powder...1 tsp

Kombu dashi...1 tsp

Mirin...1 tsp

Chopped green onion...a suitable amount

Bean sprouts...1 handful

Light soy sauce... 2 teaspoons
4 shakes of pepper
4 shakes of garlic powder
1.5 tablespoons of milk (soy milk is also acceptable)
1/5 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of lard

[Rice sprinkled with char siu]
200g of rice
80g of pork belly
2.5 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
2 pinches of sugar
2 shakes of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of sake
3 shakes of Ajinomoto
Scallions...as needed
Chopped seaweed...as needed

Generic Ippudo

Boil 340cc of water with 10g of garlic, 10g of onion, 30g of pork belly, 1.5 tsp of Chinese seasoning, 1/3 tsp of chicken stock, 1 tsp of powdered gelatin, 1 tsp of kelp stock, and 1 tsp of mirin, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then blend

Add 2 tsp of light soy sauce, 4 shakes of pepper, 4 shakes of garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp of milk, and 1/5 tsp of salt, blend, add 1 tbsp of lard and dissolve

Pour over 70g of boiled Marutai ramen, add small green onions, 3g of wood ear mushrooms, and char siu if available -Complete
